Winemaker's note: Wine vinified by François Gaunoux. Weather conditions: A very cold winter, with temperatures reaching -25°C. On July 1st, a massive rainstorm occurred. The harvest was abundant and of high quality. Undoubtedly the finest vintage of the 1980s for Les Volany Clos de Chênes. A truly great wine. Harvest around October 1st.
