Winemaker's note: Wine vinified by François Gaunoux with Claudine. Weather conditions: Frost during the last days of April. Undoubtedly the greatest vintage of the 1990s. A normal yield, one of the 15 greatest vintages of the century for Les Grands Epenots. Harvest around September 18th.
