Winemaker's note: Wine vinified by Henri Gaunoux. François has returned from Algeria and has been working alongside his father for two years. They made this vintage together, and François decided to establish his own Domaine in new buildings in Meursault, which are now the current facilities of the Domaine. Weather conditions: A very sunny and very hot year. An exceptional vintage. Likely the greatest Corton Renardes vintage of the second half of the 20th century. Harvest around September 18th.
