Winemaker's note: First vintage vinified 100% by Claudine Gaunoux. Weather conditions: Overall good weather across the Côte d'Or. The huge storm of December 26th and 27th did not affect our region. We close the century with an exceptional vintage. The quintessential bottle of a great Clos des Mouches, combining finesse and character. A plentiful harvest took place around September 15th.
