Winemaker's note: Wine vinified by François Gaunoux with Claudine. Weather conditions: A very abundant harvest with no major weather events. The Rugiens, like all the wines of 1996, have very high natural acidity. This is a great vintage. The ideal is to drink these wines during a meal. Harvest around September 22nd.
