Winemaker's note: Wine vinified by François Gaunoux. Weather conditions: A very hot, dry year with plenty of sunshine. Both a quantitative and qualitative harvest. These 1964 Bâtard-Montrachet are exceptional. Complexity, aromatic profile, body—everything comes together for an outstanding wine. Harvest around September 25th.
