Organic rye of the 2016 harvest of a single plot: the Gabert climate. 140 hours fermentation. Aged for 5 hours in french white wine barrels. Secale is a “brut de fût”: this means that it has been bottled at its natural strength, without cold filtration or additives.

Flavis (from Latin: yellow, golden) is a single Cask whisky that takes its name from the barrel that housed it for 6 years: an old yellow wine cask, this Jura wine on veil, cousin of Xeres, so appreciated for the aging of Scottish whiskies. Flavis comes from barley from the 2010 harvest, climate les Gabert, cultivated and transformed in organic farming. It was gradually reduced in barrels to reach its degree of balance. Bottled without cold filtration or additives. The color of Flavis is natural.
