Very good appearance. Level at 2cm under base of capsule.

Winemaker's note: Wine vinified by François Gaunoux. Weather conditions: A hailstorm in August, almost no rain throughout the year, and a very hot September. This resulted in very few, but very ripe grapes. The Rugiens are both structured and fine. An exceptional vintage. Harvest around September 19th.
