Winemaker's note: Wine vinified by Henri Gaunoux. François begins working with his father. Weather conditions: A very hot and dry year, though still a step below 1947. Good volume and quality, with very ripe grapes that allowed for the production of this beautiful bottle of Rugiens. Harvest around September 25th.
