Winemaker's note: Wine vinified by François Gaunoux with Claudine. Weather conditions: A very abundant harvest with no major weather events. The 1996 Goutte d'Or has very high natural acidity, which suits this great Chardonnay exceptionally well. An outstanding vintage for white wines. Harvest around September 22nd.
